This ancient farmhouse, built in the early '900, lives in the heart of the history and traditions of Tuscany in an uncontaminated area, immersed in silence and in nature.

The house is hidden in the cradle of the hills of Arezzo, in front of “Alpe di Poti”, between the valley of Sovara and the stream "Rio Chiassaccia", a few miles from Anghiari and not far from Sansepolcro, Arezzo, Siena and Perugia.
The house is surrounded by chestnut trees and oaks of the mountains of Arezzo, populated by a wonderful fauna as deer, porcupines, badgers and wild boars, overflown by mighty birds of prey like hawks and buzzards.

This old cottage, recently renovated, now is the ideal solution for enjoying the countryside and the hills of Tuscany. The refreshing waters of a pure source flow just below the property to be enjoyed in the hot summer: this is the reason why Ca’ Magnolo is also called and known as “Il Bagnolino”, from the Latin spoken “Balneolum”, short for Balneum = bathroom. A breathtaking view will force you to take hours of relax in the pine forest of the park, surrounded by about 2 hectares of land (fully fenced) with chestnut, fruit trees (apples, pears, plums, cherries)and with a large garden equipped with wood-burning oven and barbecue for lunch, dinner and snacks.
